Doc ReaderTerms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and NODEBIN COMPANY LIMITED ("we") for using the Doc Reader app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement wins.
Using the app
- We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.
- You are responsible for the files you open. Only open documents you have the right to use.
- Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, or try to get around its ads or subscription checks.
Free version and ads
The free version shows ads, including full-screen ads at times such as opening a file or changing screens. How ads use data is explained in the privacy policy.
Premium subscription
- What you get: no ads anywhere in the app, and priority email support.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The price and billing period (weekly, monthly or yearly) are shown before you buy.
- Free trial: if your plan includes a free trial, you are charged the subscription price when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in your App Store account settings (iPhone) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
- Restoring: use Settings → Restore purchases on a new device signed in to the same store account.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is". Some files, especially very old Office formats (.doc, .xls, .ppt), complex layouts or damaged files, may not display correctly. We may update, change or stop features, and will tell subscribers in advance about changes that reduce what Premium includes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages from using the app. Keep backups of important documents. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
